Caesar Bermea

I have spent more than 20 years in construction — starting with major infrastructure projects, bridges and roads, performing land surveying and structural layout at a professional level. I built and operated my own construction company. I ran mobile storm roofing operations across the Midwest specializing in insurance claims work. I know every phase of a build, every contract trick, and every mistake that costs homeowners their money.

What I kept seeing — on every project, in every city — was homeowners getting taken advantage of. Not because they were not smart. Because nobody ever built a tool that gave them the same field of vision a GC has. Every platform out there was built for the contractor or the marketer. Nobody was looking out for the homeowner.
